Our welcoming communal areas, including gardens, restaurant and dining rooms, lounges, and reception areas, provide opportunities to enjoy social gatherings or enjoy quiet moments if you choose. Friendly staff are also onsite during the day to answer questions and offer a helping hand.

Participate in a variety of resident-led activities and events, or simply relax and socialise at your leisure. The choice is entirely yours.

Simple, flexible options

Choose your ideal living arrangement: rentals or leasehold options are available. A monthly service charge typically covers:

• Heating for year-round comfort.
• Maintaining communal areas for a beautiful and inviting environment.
• Activities at the house like social gatherings, fitness classes, or movie nights.
• Housekeeping support can be provided in certain locations to lighten the load (please inquire for details at your preferred home).
• 24/7 peace of mind: our staff is available on-site 24 hours a day in most of our homes. For those locations where staff aren't available around the clock, a reliable remote monitoring service ensures a prompt response to emergencies after hours (please inquire for details at your preferred home).

The only other additional costs for you to consider do vary per home, but typically include groceries, utilities (water and electricity), council tax, and any optional housekeeping or Extra Care services. Please check with the individual home for detail,
