While most of our homes are one-bedroom, we also offer a few spacious two-bedroom properties, ideal for those who would like extra living space or for couples. We offer mixed tenure with 60% of the residents being leaseholders. The complex has a rich history, with some of our residents having been born, had their children, or even worked in the building when it was a maternity hospital. This unique heritage adds a special charm to our retirement village in Nottingham.
