Our dedicated team, including our Senior House Manager and Housekeeper, handles the daily responsibilities of home maintenance and is available to provide everyday advice. Our facilities ensure total peace of mind with 24-hour emergency call pendants, optional meal service, secure door entry, and an on-site team available daily until 1:30 pm. Life here is designed to be hassle-free, with on-site laundry, a private resident car park, and professional maintenance covering everything from window cleaning to building repairs.

Abbeyfield Nine Oaks offers two distinct buildings, each providing a high standard of living. Whether you prefer traditional character or modern accessibility, you will find an apartment that feels like home.

• Nine Oaks House: our original building is full of traditional charm. It features eight unique apartments converted from grand rooms, offering a familiar, homely atmosphere with lift access to all floors.
• Thornton House: purpose-built for modern ease of movement, these one-bedroom apartments feature wide corridors and full wheelchair accessibility throughout.

Whichever you choose, your apartment is a private, self-contained home with its own ensuite facilities and convenient lift access. We encourage you to personalise your space with your own furniture and cherished keepsakes. We are also a pet-friendly community, so well-behaved four-legged friends are more than welcome to move in with you.
