Our Resident Commitment
At Abbeyfield, we believe residents should be at the heart of everything we do.
In 2024, members of our National Resident Panel recognised that we didn’t have a customer charter – so they created one. Working together, they developed Our Resident Commitment – a clear set of promises that reflect what matters most to the people who live in our homes.
